摘　　要：对激光切割机切割质量进行试验研究,分别从激光切割加工设备特性、切割加工工艺参数、工艺条件等方面,分析了激光器结构、激光模态、光路、焦点位置、速度、功率、气体等因素对切割质量的影响。Based on the experimental research on laser cutting quality,this article,from the aspects of inherent characteristics of the laser cutting machine,cutting process parameters and technological conditions,makes an analysis of the main factors affecting laser cutting quality,such as oscillator structure,laser modal,OPL,focus position,cutting speed,power and gas,etc.
