摘　　要：抗血吸虫抗体与血吸虫感染和再感染关系密切,本文就宿主不同状态下特异性抗体动态变化、抗体对再感染的作用和调节,以及抗体在诊断和疗效考核等实践应用过程中的作用做一综述。Antibody against schistosome is related closely to the infection and reinfection of schistosome.This paper reviews the dynamic changes of schistosome-specific antibody under different infection situations,the effect and regulation of antibody to the reinfection,and the applicable value of antibody in diagnosis and effect evaluation of chemotherapy.
