摘　　要：通过回顾国内外技术创新及技术创新效率的研究现状,建立基于投入和产出指标的江西技术创新效率评价指标体系,利用数据包络分析(DEA)的经典模型C2R和BC2测算2001—2009年江西技术创新的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率值;利用超效率(SE-DEA)模型对技术有效决策单元进行排序。最后,根据江西技术创新效率评价情况,给出对策建议。This article reviewed research status of technological innovation and its efficiency at home and abroad; established the evaluation index system of technological innovation of Jiangxi Province based on the inputs and outputs; used C2R and BC2 classical model of Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） to measure and calculate the 2001--2009 technological efficiency, pure technological effi- ciency and scale efficiency of technological innovation in Jiangxi Province; used super-efficiency （SE-DEA） model for sorting effective decision-making units. Last, based on the evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of Jiangxi Province, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
