摘 要:为了解水泵水轮机泵工况活动导叶启闭过程中的性能,参考某抽蓄电站的水泵水轮机建立数值计算模型,对导叶不同开度时的流动特征进行分析。采用SIMPLEC算法和SST k-ω模型详细分析了泵工况不同导叶开启角度下转轮、导叶附近的流场,结合实验数据对各操作工况下的性能进行分析。结果表明,当活动导叶开启角度γ小于18°时,涡的强度大能量损失多,并且出现平面射流,扬程随着γ减小而迅速降低;当γ大于21°时,涡量分布均匀,涡结构产生的能量损失小,同一流量下不同γ的扬程和效率基本保持不变;操作工况下不同γ的扬程均与流量呈线性关系。结论为水泵水轮机的操作工况选择提供依据,也可以指导水泵水轮机的优化设计。To understand the performance of pump-turbine's pumping mode during opening and closing of guide vanes,a numerical pump-turbine model was developed based on the numerical model of a pumped storage power station.This study focuses on analysis of flow behaviors at different guide vane openings,with SIMPLEC algorithm and SST k-ω model adopted for the calculation.The results show that when the guide vane opening angle γ is less than 18°,a powerful vortex leads to great energy loss and a plane jet appears.When γ decreases,the pump head decreases rapidly.In the case of γ greater than 21°,the vortex-generated energy loss is small,because the vorticity is quite uniformly distributed.With different γ,the head and the efficiency under a fixed flow rate remain unchanged and the relationship of head versus flow shows linear.These results provide a guide for determination of operating condition and optimal design of pump-turbine.
