摘　　要：从我国建设监理制度的性质出发,参照我国建设监理制度的实施现状,对我国建设监理制度影响因素的评价指标体系进行构建,提出了我国建设监理制度受到行政要素、市场要素、技术要素、国际竞争要素等因素的共同作用,并通过建立AHP(层次分析)模型,整合了建设监理制度的影响因素评价指标体系,确定建设监理制度各级指标的权重,为我国的建设监理制度提供了参考依据。From China＇ s construction supervision system based on the characters of China, with reference to present situation of the construction supervision system＇ s implementation, this article illustrates the con- struction of factors influencing the evaluation index system of supervision system. Then the article elabo- rates that China＇ s construction supervision system are influenced by the administrative factor, market fac- tor, technology factor and international competition element factor, etc. Through the establishment of AHP model and the integration of the construction supervision system evaluation index system of factors influen- cing the construction supervision system, the article determines the weights of various indicators so that it could provide the reference for the construction of China＇ s construction supervision system.
