摘 要:用ICP-AES法同时测定了注射液中微量元素锰、钾、铬、钼、硒、铜、锌、铁。针对不同浓度元素含量,采用逐级稀释,优化了测试条件。并用原子吸收光谱仪进行对照测试,其结果一致。结果表明,该方法回收率在90.2%-114.6%之间,相对标准偏差在0.12%-1.5%,各元素的检出限远低于试样测试值。该方法具有试样制备简单,分析速度快,且满足同时准确测定八种元素。8 kinds of trace elements occurred in Multi-Trace Elements Injection were determined by ICPAES. Referred to the different concentrations for the trace elements,the measurement conditions were optimized through step-dilution.The comparative test for Multi-Trace Elements Injection was performed by atom absorption spectrum,the results of which are in good agreement with those by ICP-AES.The experimental results indicate the recovery of the method locates in the range of 90.2%-114.6% and the relative standard deviations lie in the range of 0.12%-1.5%,The detection limit for each of elements in test was far lower than the corresponding test value.The established method is simple and rapid,which can be used for determination of 8 kinds of trace elements simultaneously.
