摘　　要：全自动智能采血管理系统是近些年来在临床实验室分析前管理阶段最大的进步与亮点之一,因其能替代传统的人工采血作业管理,优化了采血作业流程,改善了实验室检验流程,同时也方便患者,减少医务人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率。此外,此系统将医院信息系统(HIS)和实验室信息系统(LIS)有机相连,不仅发挥各自更大效益,也方便了工作量统计和物资的管理,实现了医院采血全过程的智能化管理,全面提升了医院管理和自动化水平。本文就全自动智能采血管理系统的发展、不同厂家产品特性及临床应用情况进行简要阐述。In recent years,automatic intelligent blood collection management system has made great progress and has become the largest highlight of preanalysis management phase in the clinical laboratory.It can replace traditional manual blood collection operations,optimize the blood collection process and improve the laboratory testing process.It also can make things convenient for the patients,reduce the labor intensity and improve work efficiency of medical personnel.In addition,this system can connected with the hospital information system（HIS） and laboratory information system（LIS）.By facilitating the management of workload statistics and materials,realizing the intelligent management of blood collection and improving the level of automation of hospital,it can play its great efficiency.This article will give a briefly description on the development of automatic intelligent blood collection management system,and their characteristics and clinical applications of different manufacturer products.
