摘　　要：通过ISO15189认可在临床血液学实验室的应用,总结了医学实验室在临床血液学领域建立并实施ISO15189质量管理体系的经验,介绍了准备医学实验室认可的过程及注意事项,以促进我国临床血液学检验领域医学实验室认可的发展和进步。According to the application of medical laboratory accreditation in the field of clinical hematology,we summarize the experiences of the building ISO15189 quality management system,whole process of medical laboratory accreditation and precautions.We hope the review contributes to the development of medical laboratory accreditation in the field of clinical hematology in China.
