注射用灯盏花素粉针剂治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察注射用灯盏花素粉针剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。[方法]将50例冠心病心绞痛患者按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各25例,两组均用阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、调脂药等。治疗组加用注射用灯盏花素粉针剂。治疗14 d后观察两组心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血流变学变化和血脂情况。[结果]治疗组心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血流变学变化和血脂的改善情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]注射用灯盏花素粉针剂治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于西药常规治疗。[Objective] To observe the effect of Breviscapine Powder Injection in treating heart stroke of coronary heart disease.[Methods] The 50 patients with the heart stroke of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group（n=25） and treatment group（n=25）,both groups treated with aspirin,β receptor blocker,nitrates,cholesterol-lowering drugs.Meanwhile,the patients of treatment group was treated with Breviscapine Powder Injection.[Results] The symptoms of angina,ST-T changes in EKG,ischemic time of ST-T changes on Holter,blood rheology changes and improvements in blood lipids of treatment group patient were significantly better than that of control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Breviscapine Powder Injection had an advantage than that of western medicine on treating heart stroke of coronary heart disease.
