平衡针对腰椎间盘突出症功能障碍改善作用的多中心随机对照临床观察与评价

摘　　要：[目的]观察平衡针改善腰椎间盘突出症功能障碍的临床疗效。[方法]采用多中心随机对照研究,本研究纳入受试者287例,治疗组143例和对照组144例。治疗组采用平衡针治疗,单取"腰痛"穴。对照组采用传统毫针治疗,以Oswestry功能障碍指数为指标进行疗效观察。[结果]两组患者治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数与同组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组之间比较,平衡针组略显优势,体现在其平均值略低于传统针组,但远期的疗效则显示出平衡针的优势。[结论]平衡针疗法和传统毫针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有很好的功能障碍改善作用,但远期疗效显示出平衡针的优势。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect in improving dysfunction and impairment of balance acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] This study consisted of a multicenter randomized controlled trial with 2 parallel arms.There were 287 participants in the study,of which 143 in the treatment group and 144 in the control group.The treatment group received balance acupuncture,with Yaotong point alone,while the control group received traditional acupuncture.Pain score by doctors and MPQ were employed in this study for observation and analysis.Oswestry dysfunction index was used in the clinical observation.[Results] Compared the effect before and after treatment,the difference of Oswestry dysfunction index in two groups was significant（P0.01）.Compared between the two groups,balance acupuncture group showed a little advantage with its average slightly lower than traditional acupuncture group.But the long-term of balance acupuncture had dominance.[Conclusion] Both balance acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve impairment well in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the former seems to have a better long-term efficacy.
