摘 要:目的 探讨子宫内膜局部免疫微环境对妊娠的影响。方法 对 19例孕 6~ 9周的正常妊娠和 11例正常分泌期妇女 ,采用流式细胞技术检测蜕膜及内膜的巨噬细胞及自然杀伤 (NK)细胞。结果 蜕膜组织中巨噬细胞 [白细胞分化抗原分化簇 (CD) 14阳性即CD+14 ]及NK细胞 (CD5 6阳性即CD+56 )含量较分泌期子宫内膜组织增加 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。NK细胞的CD+56 CD-16 亚群含量增加 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而CD+56 CD+16 亚群含量差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the effect of endometrial microenvironment on pregnancy. Methods The number of macrophage and nature kill (NK) cells in decidua and endometrium were determined in 19 cases of early pregnancy and 11 non pregnant women respectively by cytometric analysis. Results The percentages of macrophages (leukocyte antigen molecules CD14 positive) and NK cells ( CD56 positive) were significantly increased in decidua of first trimester as compared with those in luteal endometrium ( P <0.O1). The number of CD + 56 CD - 16 subset of NK cells increased significantly during early pregnancy. While the number of CD + 56 CD + 16 subset did not change. Conclusion The endometrial macrophages and NK cells may be involved in the mechanism of the fetal protective immune reaction during pregnancy.
