摘　　要：以振兴东北老工业基地为经济背景,根据东北三省区域经济发展的实际情况,明确其经济特色所在,从而提出适合东北三省区域经济发展的特色之路。To revitalize the northeast old industrial base as economic background,according to the actual situation of regional economic development in the three northeastern provinces,clear where its economic characteristics are,provide the characteristics road fitted for the regional economic development of three northeastern provinces in northeast china.
