摘　　要：科技和金融结合工作,要进一步总结经验,完善机制,创新模式,促进科技资源与金融资源的对接,加快形成多元化、多层次、多渠道的科技投融资体系。因此,科技和金融结合工作将针对科技支撑引领经济发展中面临的新形势、新任务,通过创新财政科技投入方式,引导和促进银行业、证券业、保险业金融机构及创业投资等各类资本,创新金融产品,改进服务模式,搭建服务平台,实现科技创新链条与金融资本链条的有机结合,为初创期到成熟期各发展阶段的科技企业提供专业化、个性化、系统化的融资支持和金融服务。The technological and financial combine to further sum up the experience,and improve the mechanisms and innovative model to promote the docking of the scientific and technological resources and financial resources,accelerate the formation of diversified,multi-layered,multi-channel technology investment and financing system.Therefore,combined with technological and financial work for the support of science and technology to lead the economic development of the new situation and new tasks,various types of capital through innovative financial technology input methods,to guide and promote the banking,securities,insurance,financial institutions and venture capital innovative financial products,improved service delivery model,build a service platform,to achieve the organic integration of science and technology innovation chain and the chain of financial capital for start-up stage to mature stage of development of technology companies to provide professional,personalized,systematic funding support and financial services.
