摘　　要：目的　了解和证实按摩治疗对早产儿生长发育的促进作用 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法　收集病情平稳的住院早产儿 43例 ,随机分为按摩组及对照组 ,观察其体重增长及按摩前后血胃泌素 (GAS)、胰岛素 (INS)及生长抑素 (SS)水平变化 ,采用放射免疫学方法测定。结果　①在两组早产儿平均摄入容量及热卡等均无明显差异的情况下 ,按摩组的平均体重增长 (2 1 8g/d)明显高于对照组 (16 9g/d) (P <0 0 1) ;②按摩可使血清GAS及INS水平明显升高 ,(P均<0 0 5 )。③按摩前后GAS及INS水平变化具有正向相关性 (Rs=0 479,P<0 0 5 )。结论　按摩治疗明显有助于早产儿体重增长及GAS和INS水平的升高 ,因此 。Objective To recognize and testify the facilitation function of massage for weight gain,and study it's potential mechnisms.Methods 43 premature infants from a neonatal care unit were randomly assigned to a massage or a control group once they were considered medically stable and weighed daily.The blood samples were collected in the forth day of the study,gastrin, insulin and somatostatin were determined by radioimmunassays.Results (1)The massage treatment premature infants averaged a greater daily weight gain(21 8±6 9)g than the control group(16 9±6 3)g,(P<0 05);(2)Massage caused a significant increase of plasma gastrin and insulin levels 5 minutes after massage started compared with 5 minutes before massage(P<0 05).(3)Gastrin and insulin had a significant positive relationship(Rs=0 479,P<0 05).Conclusion The massage therapy facilitated weight gain and increase the levels of plasma gastrin and insulin in the premature infants significantly.Preterm infants should accept massage therapy as a routine treatment.
