摘　　要：目的应用一种新型胃蛋白酶定量免疫试剂盒测定不同消化道疾病患者胃液中胃蛋白酶含量,证实胃蛋白酶在胃部疾病中的作用。方法收集不同胃肠道疾病患者的胃液,其中正常组21例,胃炎组44例,反流性食管炎组15例,胃溃疡组13例,十二指肠溃疡组15例,胃癌组5例;利用胃蛋白酶定量免疫试剂盒检测各胃液标本中胃蛋白酶的含量,通过SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡、胃癌组胃蛋白酶含量与正常组相比有显著性差异,P<0.05;浅表性胃炎和反流性食管炎组胃蛋白酶含量与正常组相比无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论溃疡病人胃蛋白酶含量增高,胃癌病人胃蛋白酶量降低。[ Objective] Application new pepsin enzymeimmunoassay kit ,to determine the pepsin content in the various gastric juice ;confirmed the role of pepsin in the stomach diseases. [ Methods] Various gastric juice samples were collected including normal controls （ 21 cases ） , gastritis （ 44eases ） , reflux esophagitis （ 15cases ） , gastric ulcer （13cases）,duodenal ulcer （15cases）, gastric carcinoma （Scases） new pepsin enzymeimmuno -assay kit was em- ployed to detect the pepsin content in various gastric juice. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. [ Results] Compa- ring with the normal controls, there were significant differences in the pepsin content of gastric ulcer and duodenal ul- cer and the pepsin content of gastric carcinoma; there were no significant differences in pepsin content of the normal controls with gastritis and reflux esophagitis. [ Conclusion ] The pepsin content of ulcers patient increased, the pepsin content of gastric carcinoma patient reduced.
