国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架和进口紫杉醇洗脱支架的远期疗效临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架(Firebired)和进口雷帕霉素洗脱支架(Taxus)在急性冠脉综合征病变支架置入治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法筛选2006年6月～2006年12月入选我院急性冠脉综合征行PCI单种支架植入术的患者78例,随机分为Firebired组和Taxus组。观察两组冠脉造影特征及支架置入情况,检测肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及C-反应蛋白浓度,住院期间和随访期间主要心脏不良事件。结果两组支架置入率100%,无任何并发症,术后肿瘤坏死因子及C-反应蛋白浓度变化两种支架比较无显著差异,随访观察主要心脏不良事件两组比较无显著性差异。结论两种支架在冠状动脉病变治疗中无特殊生物相容性反应,长期随访显示两种支架安全有效。[ Objective] To investigate the safety and efficacy of rapamycin eluting stent between domestic -made and imported. [ Methods] 78 coronary heart disease patients were collected and divided into Firebired domestic - made group and Taxus imported group. The changes of the tumor necrosis factor - aand C - reactive protein in serum were tested, the incidence of major adverse cardic events between the two groups were compared. [ Results ] The change of the tumor necrosis factor - aand C - reactive protein was no significant difference and the incidence of major adverse cardic events was also no difference. [ Conclusion] The biocompatibility, safety and efficacy of Firebird were similar to those of Taxus.
