摘 要:目的 了解创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI) 后大剂量硫酸镁对伤后神经功能的保护作用。方法 SD 大鼠10 只随机分为损伤组及治疗组(伤后30min/MgSO4 ,600mg/kg 皮下注射) 。采用Feeney 自由落体撞击法造成TBI模型,伤后168h 处死。分别对损伤组及治疗组伤后1 周内进行了神经功能预后评价。结果 治疗组较损伤组神经功能明显改善(P< 0.01) 。结论 大剂量MgSO4 对大鼠TBI后神经功能具有显著保护作用,具有临床应用价值。Objective To determine and evaluate the effect of the postinjury treatment of large dose MgSO 4 on neurological deficits following experimental traumatic brain injury (TBI) in rats.Methods Ten SD rats were randomly devided into two experimental groups:TBI and TBI with MgSO 4 were subcutaneously 30 minutes after.Cerebral contusion was produced by dropping weight.Beam-walking and beam-balance were measured to evaluate neurological function within seven days after injury.Results The neurological function of rats of the MgSO 4-ad-ministered improved significantly in the 168h hour compared to that of the untreated rats ( P <0.01).Conclusions This study suggests that postinjury treatment with large-dose of MgSO 4 improve neurological outcome after experimental TBI,which might have clinical value for treating human brain injury.
