摘  要:利用建立老化动力学模型来分析和研究再生沥青的抗老化性能。结合鞍山路面维修工程,选取有代表性的旧料,通过苯抽提出废旧沥青,分析技术指标,通过再生剂再生,再考察再生沥青在不同温度,不同老化时间的老化情况,并对老化后软化点进行研究。以老化后软化点为参数建立老化动力学模型。以软化点的变化为参数可以较好地表征再生沥青的动力学过程,求得正确动力学参数。鞍山再生沥青属于一级动力学反应。与辽河AH-90#沥青[1]横向对比,证明再生沥青抗老化性能[2]的可靠性。The anti aging properties of recycled asphalt are analyzed and studied by establishing the aging dynamics model. Combining with Anshan pavement maintenance engineering, a representative old asphalt pavement material is selected, benzene is adopted to extract asphalt from old asphalt pavement material, and the technical index is analyzed. And then the asphalt is regenerated, and the aging behaviors of the recycled asphalt at different temperatures and different aging time are investigated, and the softening point of the aged asphalt is studied. With using the softening point of the aged asphalt as parameter, the aging dynamics model is established. The changes in soften point can be as a parameter to better characterize the dynamic process of recycled asphalt, and calculate the correct kinetic parameters. Anshan recycled asphalt belongs to the level 1 kinetic reaction. And by comparing with Liaohe AH-90 # asphalt, it is proved that the anti-aging properties of recycled asphalt are reliable.
