摘　　要：目的:探索仿皮面料中二甲基甲酰胺残留量的分析方法。方法:样品用超声进行萃取,经supelco-wax-10毛细管柱分离,以氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果:该法缩短前处理时间,在0.0μg/ml～100.0μg/ml的线性范围内,相关系数为0.9999,在0.0μg/ml～60.0μg/ml样品添加水平范围内,回收率为90.5%～102.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%～2.96%。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便快速、稳定可靠、定量准确,适用于仿皮面料中二甲基甲酰胺残留量的测定。Objective：To seek an analysis method on dimethylfomamide residue in artificial leather.Methods：Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,isolated by supelcowax-10 capillary column and detected with FID.Results：This method can shorten the processing time,the linear range was 0.0 μg/ml^100.0 μg/ml,correlation coefficient reached 0.9999.Within the sample′s adding scope of 0.0 μg/ml^60.0 μg/ml,recovery were 90.5%~102.6%,relative standard deviation（RSD） was 1.03%~2.96%.Conclusion：Results showed that the method was simple,rapid,accurate and applicable in determining dimethylfomamide residue in artificial leather.
