摘 要:目的:建立了居住区大气中硝酸盐的离子色谱法(IC)分析方法。方法:本文采用玻璃纤维滤膜采集居住区大气中硝酸盐,用高纯水超声洗脱,经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果:硝酸盐的检出限为0.009 mg/L,测定下限为0.029 mg/L。若以0.1 m3/min流量采气144 m3,该方法对硝酸盐的测量范围为0.010μg/m3~28μg/m3。结论:本方法快速、准确,具有较低的检出限,可用于居住区大气中硝酸盐的检测。Objective:To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of nitrate in air of residential areas.Methods:The suspended particulate matter was collected on the glass fibre filter,ultrasonic elution with high pure water,and then determined by ion chromatography with electric conductivity detector,nitrate could be identified by elution time and quantified by peak height or peak area.Results:The limit and low limit of detection for nitrate were 0.009 mg/L and 0.029 mg/L,respectively.Nitrate could be determined in the range of 0.010 μg/m3~28 μg/m3 when 144 m3 air was collected at the flow of 0.1 m3/min.Conclusion:This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,which can be applied for analysis of nitrate in air of residential areas.
