摘  要:目的:建立混合表面活性剂增敏的石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬的新方法,并应用于健康人和孕妇血清铬的测定。方法:血清用1.0%TritonX-100和0.6%Tween80组成的混合表面活性剂稀释后,以硝酸钯为基底改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清中铬含量。结果:该法的线性范围为0.12μg/L~6.00μg/L,平均回收率为99.9%,批内和批间的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.64%~4.81%和3.11%~5.32%。结论:用混合表面活性剂增敏的石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清铬,方法灵敏度高、重复性及准确性好,适合临床推广应用。Objective:To establish a new method for detecting chromium in serum.Methods:The serum was diluted by mixed surfactant composed of 1.0% TritonX-100 and 0.6% Tween80.With Pd(No3)2 as matrix modifiers,serum chromium content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:The method was linear in 0.12 μg/L^6.00 μg/L,the average rate of recovery was 99.9%,the withinrun and betweenrun RSD were 2.64%~4.81% and 3.11%~5.32%.Conclusion:This method was suitable for clinical application with high sensitivity,good repeatability and accuracy.
