软珊瑚膨胀柱虫变种化学成分的研究

摘　　要：对采自我国南海的软珊瑚膨胀柱虫变种 Clavularia inflata Scherk var.luzoniama的化学成分进行了研究 ,从中分离出化合物 ,应用波谱和 X-射线单晶衍射分析等方法确定 的结构为 (3E,5 S,7E,11S,12 S,14Z) - 11-甲基 - 15 -降 dolabella- 3,7,14-三烯 - 5 -醇 ,它属于具有变形The chemical constituents of the soft coral, Clavularia inflata Scheuk var. luzoniana collected from the South China sea were studied. A compound (Ⅰ), isolated from the soft coral, was found to be a bicyclic diterpene alcohol with a rearranged dolabellane skeleton. The structure was determined by spectroscopic methods and x ray single crystal analysis as (3 E, 5 S, 7 E, 11 S, 12 S, 14 Z) 11 methyl 15 nordolabella 3, 7, 14 trien 5 ol.
