摘　　要：目的考察角花胡颓子化学成分。方法采用系统预试验法分别对角花胡颓子进行水和乙醇提取,取提取液进行鉴别。结果角花胡颓子含有黄酮、生物碱、甾体或三萜、有机酸、酚类、鞣质、皂苷及挥发油等成分。结论初步确定角花胡颓子中化学成分,为进一步提取分离工作提供依据,为角花胡颓子的合理开发提供实验基础。Objective To investigate the possible chemical constituents in Elaeagnus gonyanthes Benth. Methods The water and ethanol extracts of Elaeagnus gonyanthes were extracted and identified by systematic chemical pre-tests respectively. Results Elaeagnus gonyanthes contains flavonoids,alkaloids,steroids or triterpenes,organic acids,phenols,tannins,saponins and essential oils,etc. Conclusions The chemical components in Elaeagnus gonyanthes were preliminarily determined,which provided theoretical basis for further extraction and isolation and experimental foundation for the rational exploitation of Elaeagnus gonyanthes.
