超激光配合针刺治疗产褥期妇女桡骨茎突腱鞘炎的观察研究

摘　　要：目的超激光配合针刺治疗产褥期妇女桡骨茎突腱鞘炎的观察研究。方法随机选择产褥期妇女桡骨茎突腱鞘炎患者。观察组72例,用超激光配合针刺的方法进行治疗。对照组72例,应用传统针刺法进行治疗。两组妇女年龄、体重、产后时间无明显差异。两组病例均随访1.5年。应用SPSS 15.0软件包分析,比较两组治疗效果的差异。结果观察组治愈率明显高于对照组。无效率、好转率明显低于对照组。复发率明显低于对照组,复发时间延长。观察组的平均好转、有效、治愈时间明显短于对照组。两组治疗效果存在明显差异具有统计学意义。结论超激光配合针刺对产褥期妇女桡骨茎突腱鞘炎不失为疗效确切的治疗方法,简单易行,无副作用,值得推广。Objective The observational study of super laser and acupuncture treat puerperal women radial stylish tenosynovitis. Methods Random selection puerperal women patients with radial stylish tenosynovitis.The observation group,including 72 cases,applied super laser and acupuncture therapy.The control group,including 72 cases,applied traditional acupuncture therapy.In two groups of women＇s age,weight,postpartum times had no difference.Two group＇s cases were followed up for 1.5 years.Application of SPSS 15.0 software package for the analysis compared two group treatment effect differences. Results In the study group,the cure rate was significantly higher than that of control group.No efficiency,the improvement rate was lower than the control group.The recurrence rate was lower than the control group,the recurrence time delay.The observation group improved effectively,the average healing time was significantly shorter than that in control group.Two groups＇ treatment effects with obvious difference had statistics significance. Conclusions The ultra laser acupuncture on puerperal women radial stylish tenosynovitis is the effective method,has the advantages of simple operation without side effect,and is worth popularizing.
