妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液湿敷治疗睑缘炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液湿敷治疗睑缘炎的疗效。方法治疗组25例采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液湿敷治疗睑缘炎,对照组25例采用红霉素眼膏涂眼患处。结果治疗组优于对照组,并有显著统计学差异(<0.01)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液湿敷治疗睑缘炎疗效满意。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops on blepharitis by means of wet compressing. Methods The treatment group,25 cases,receiving the treatment of using tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops through wet compressing to blepharitis,while in control group,25 cases were treated with erythromycin ointment coating the affected part of eyes. Results The curative effect in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group,which had remarkable statistical significance（0.01）. Conclusions The treatment of using tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops for patients with blepharitis through wet compressing can receive satisfactory curative effect.
