浅谈艾滋病患者的心理特征及心理关爱

摘　　要：目的通过对93例艾滋病患者不同的心理观察及护理,使病人及家属都能积极地配合治疗、护理。方法采用自行设计问卷随机调查心理问题,热情地接待每一位患者,与患者建立良好的护患关系,加强心理疏导,注重护患沟通,提倡人文关怀,把"以人为本"的服务理念贯穿于整个临床护理工作中,用爱心去关爱每一位患者。结果融洽护患关系,有效地提高护理质量,提高遵医行为,减轻心理负担,促进疾病的康复。结论临床护理人员应不断学习新的知识,及时了解患者的心理动态,加强对患者的沟通和心理关爱。Objective Through various psychological observation and nursing care to 93 patients with aids,to make them and their families can actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing. Methods self-designed questionnaire was used to randomly survey patients＇ mental problems,each of whom was warmly received.Good nurse-patient relationship was established on the basis of effective communication and psychological guidance was reinforced.Through the promotion of the humanistic concern,the ＂people-oriented＂ concept of service was penetrated in the overall clinical nursing,with love and caring for each patient.In doing so,a harmonious nurse-patient relationship was established,which effectively improve the quality of nursing care and compliance behavior,relieving the psychological burden and promoting the recovery of the disease.. Conclusions Nursing staff should continually acquire new knowledge,timely get to know the patients＇ psychological activities and enhance the communication and care for them.
