摘  要:介绍了M3000R蠕铁缸盖的生产工艺,统计发现气缩孔主要出现在气门导管孔、螺栓孔等相对厚大的热节部位。分析"气"的来源主要有:造型材料发出的气体;熔炼过程带入的[N]、[O]在凝固过程析出N2、CO,浇注时卷入的气体。通过优化冲天炉配料和送风参数、严格控制蠕化剂的加入量、在导管孔处加外冷铁、在螺栓孔处加内冷铁等措施,M3000R缸盖的气缩孔废品率由2007年的9.9%下降到2010年的0.2%,总废品率也由2007年的15.9%下降到2010年的2.95%。The casting method of M3000 vermicular iron cylinder head was introduced.It was revealed that the main reason causing rejection was the blowhole-shrinkage occurring in the heavy section hot spots such as the valve guiding holes,bolt holes,etc.It was considered by analysis that the gas source included the gas produced by molding materials,[N] and [O] gas brought into iron melt during melting process which separated out as N2 and CO in solidification process,and the gas brought in the melt during pouring process.By adopting the measures such as optimizing the melting charge mixture and blasting parameters of cupola melting,strictly controlling the adding amount of vermicularizing alloy,setting pipe-shaped chills in the bolt holes and top chills at top of the valve guiding holes,etc.,the blowhole-shrinkage-caused rejection rate of cylinder head has been reduced from 9.9% in 2007 to 0.2% in 2010,and the general rejection rate also reduced from 15.9% in 2007 to 2.95% in 2010.
