合成粘结剂的技术发展

摘　　要：叙述了铸造工业对合成粘结剂应保证铸件质量和符合环保趋势的两个基本要求的内容;介绍了工业发达国家在芯砂粘结剂和自硬砂粘结剂方面的改进工作情况及其所取得的技术进展;指出了在水溶性粘结剂方面目前的研究工作只是起步,水玻璃的粘结能力远未被充分利用等问题。The two basic requirements of foundry industry that the synthetic binder should guarantee the casting quality and meet environmental protection tendency was described and the work situation and obtained technical progress of the industry-developed countries in the improvement of core sand binder and self-setting sand binder.Some existing problem was pointed such as,at present,the research work on the water-soluble binder is only in its beginning stage,and the binding ability of the sodium silicate is still far from having been fully used etc.
