摘  要:Zn-Ti替代的钡铁氧体颗粒的结构和磁性非常适合于磁记录 ,为了阐明这些颗粒的磁性对温度的依赖性 ,用盐熔法制备出了掺杂含量在 x=0 .0~ 0 .50之间变化的 Ba Fe10 .8-2 x Znx Tix O19颗粒。用适用于多晶体的趋近饱和定律估计了上述颗粒的饱和磁化强度 Ms、磁各向异性场 HA和磁晶各向异性常数K1;并用热力学关系定出了居里温度 Tc。实验表明 ,随着 x的增大 ,居里温度 Tc降低 ;而晶格参数 a、c及饱和磁化强度 Ms在 x=0 .2 0时具有不太明显的最大值。样品在不同 x值下的 Hc( T)曲线表明 :所有的颗粒在室温范围内都具有正的温度系数 ,而且温度系数随 x的增大而降低。文中对 Ms( T)、HA( T)和 K1( T)It was shown that the morphological and magnetic properties of doped Ba ferrite particles are suitable for magnetic recording In order to clarify the temperaturre dependence of the magnetic properties of these particles, particles with the nominal composition BaFe 10 8-2 x Zn x Ti x O 19 ( x =0 0~0 5) were prepared by synthesis from salt melts The saturation magnetization M s, magnetic anisotropy field H A and magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K 1 of the above mentioned particle assemblies were estimated by using the law of approach to saturation of polycrystalline ferrite, while the Curie temperature T c was determined by the thermodynamic relation With increasing x , the T c decreases, while the lattice parameters a , c and M s have an unnoticeable maximum at x =0 20 The H c( T ) curves of samples with different x show that all particles have positive temperature coefficient in the vicinity of room temperature, which decreases with increasing x The M s( T ), H A( T ) and K 1( T ) were also determined and discussed
