摘 要:沥青反应釜在运行过程中部分釜体出现变形,影响安全生产。采用CFD方法对反应釜内燃烧与传热过程进行了模拟分析,发现反应釜位于燃烧室出口处的壁面存在一个局部高温区,正好与反应釜变形位置一致,确认反应釜的变形是由于局部超温引起的。根据CFD模拟结果,对燃烧器进行了改造,拆除了一道挡火墙,并在反应釜变形表面涂覆了隔热层。改造后反应釜燃烧情况得到改善,反应釜未再出现变形,证明改造是成功的。Part of the asphalt reactor tank got deformed during operation,affecting the safe production.CFD analysis was conducted on the process of combustion and heat transfer within the reactor,discovering there was a local high temperature area in the wall of the reactor tank near the outlet of the combustion chamber,which located at where the reactor tank deformed.Thus it was conformed that the deformation of the reactor tank was caused by local overheating.According to the results of CFD analysis,retrofits were made on the burner,removing a fire bulkhead and coating the deformation surface with thermal insulation.The combustion was improved after the retrofit,and the reactor was not deformed again.It proved the retrofit to be successful.
