摘　　要：在实际工程中,通过比较分析及FLUENT模拟计算,找出了烟气流动过程中存在的问题。针对模拟分析结果,采取相应措施对加热炉排烟系统进行改进,达到预期的节能效果。实践表明,烟道内换热器前后烟道走向应避免拐弯;FLUENT的烟气模拟在实际工程施工中具有一定的指导意义,具有广阔的开发应用前景。Find questions of smoke flow in practical project through comparative analysis and FLUENT simulation count.According to the simulation analysis results,take corresponding measures to improve the smoke exhaust system of heating furnace and save energy.The practice showed that flue direction of around the heat exchanger should avoid bend;FLUENT simulation was effective in the practical project,and has vast development and application prospect.
