摘　　要：转炉流程和电炉流程是特殊钢冶炼两个主要流程,主要介绍了转炉与电炉冶炼特殊钢的工艺技术特点。调研了国内四家特殊钢生产企业,对两种流程生产特殊钢的技术特点进行了对比分析。阐述了特殊钢生产流程的发展趋势,并提出了中国特殊钢发展的前景建议。Converter process and electric furnace process are two main process in the special steel smelting.Mainly introduced the technology characteristics of converter process and electric furnace process for smelting special steel.Researched domestic four special steel production enterprises,and the technology characteristics of two processes were analysed and compared.Special steel industry development trends were stated,and the prospects of special steel in China were suggested.
