毛喉鞘蕊花的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究毛喉鞘蕊花(Coleus forskohlii)的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱,Rp-18反相柱色谱,LH-20凝胶柱色谱,制备HPLC及重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,运用NMR等波谱方法鉴定了其结构。结果:从毛喉鞘蕊花提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是迷迭香酸(1),oresbiusinA(2)(,E)-ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucoside(3)2,α,3β,19β,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucoside(4),异佛司可林(5),1,6-二乙酰-9-去氧佛司可林(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:化合物1-4为首次从毛喉鞘蕊花中分离到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of coleus forskohlii. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatographies and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra analysis. Results： Seven compounds were isolated from C. forskohlii including three phenols, two diterpenoids, and one triterpenoid saponin. The seven compounds were identified as rosmarinic acid （ 1 ）, oresbi- usin A （2）, （E） -ferulic acid 4- O-13- D- glucoside （3）, 2oL, 313, 1913, 23- tetrahydroxyolean- 12- en - 28 - O - 13 - D - glucoside （4）, isoforskolin （5） , 1, 6 - diacetoxy - 9 - deoxyforskolin （6） , and 13 - si- tosterol （7）. Conclusion： Compounds 1 -4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
