摘  要:从56份辣椒连作土壤中分离微生物782株,采用平板对峙法筛选出5株对辣椒疫病菌具有明显抑制作用的菌株,其中ASD菌株平板对峙试验结果表现最好,抑菌带宽11.7 mm,盆栽防效为75.12%,优于化学药剂代森锰锌和烯酰吗啉,有较好的应用开发前景。ASD菌株分生孢子头初为辐射形,后期为柱形;产孢结构双层,有明显的瓶梗及多育现象;分生孢子球形或近球形、壁滑,未见壳细胞;其rDNA-ITS序列与GenBank中已知序列比对,相似度97%,确定该菌株为黄柄曲霉(Aspergillus flavipes)。Seven hundred and eighty-two stains were isolated from 56 samples of continuous cropping soil for pepper.5 strains had obvious inhibitory effect on Phytophthora capsici by plate confrontation test,among which ASD showed the most significant inhibitory effect.The width of inhibition band was 11.7 mm.The results indicated that the control efficacy was 75.12% in the pot culture experiment.The control effect was better than dimethomorph and mancozeb,so it should be widely exploited and utilized in the future.The conidial head of ASD was radial on initial stage,and became cylindrical later.The sporing structure was double-layer,and had obvious phialides and proliferation.The conidium of ASD was globose,the wall was slithery,but the shell cell was not seen.Compared with the known-sequence in Genbank,the rDNA-ITS sequence of ASD was more than 97% similar to the species of Aspergillus.According to the above results,the strain was identified as Aspergillus flavipes.
