经阴道彩超诊断不典型宫外孕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩超对不典型宫外孕的诊断价值。方法:选取2006年1月～2007年1月我院收治的怀疑为不典型宫外孕的患者95例作为研究对象,对其实施超声检查,并将其临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:95例表现为非特异性包块的非典型宫外孕患者中,91例患者的附件区周边和包块内显示彩色血流信号,患者的脉冲多普勒频谱显示具有增宽的高速低阻特征性滋养层血流频谱。结论:为早期不典型宫外孕患者实施阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,具有较高的临床实用价值,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound on diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy.Methods：the clinical diagnosis and operation in the early atypical ectopic pregnancy patients to implement ultrasonic examination.Results：95 cases showed non-specific mass in atypical ectopic pregnancy patients,91 patients attachment area surrounding and mass in examination of color flow signals,with pulsed Doppler spectral broadening display has high speed and low resistance characteristic of the trophoblastic blood flow spectrum.Conclusion：early atypical ectopic pregnancy underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is of high clinical practical value,worth popularizing.
