用桉柠蒎治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用桉柠蒎治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:将我院60例(69耳)分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为两组,其中一组为治疗组(30例,35耳),治疗组患者应用桉柠蒎、罗红霉素以及鼓膜穿刺进行治疗,另外一组为对照组(30例,34耳),对照组患者只应用罗红霉素和鼓膜穿刺进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者的总有效率为76.7%,两组患者间的差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:应用桉柠蒎治疗分泌性中耳炎具有起效快、疗效好、副作用小等优点,是一种值得在临床上推广和应用的分泌性中耳炎疗法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of euca lyptol-limonene-pinene enteric soft capsule on secretory otitis media（SOM）.Methods clinical laboratory confirmed 60 cases（69 ears） of secretory otitis media in patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases（35 ears） in the treatment group with routine medication combines with euca lyptol-limonene-pinene enteric soft capsule orally given,30 cases（34 ears） in the control group with routine medication.Results The total efficiency rate was 96.7% in the treatment group,76.7% in the control group,differences in efficiency between the two groups has significant implications（P0.01）.Conclusion Euca lyptol-limonene-pinene enteric soft capsule can improve the therapeutic effects in patients with SOM.,significantly shorten the course.
