应用放疗增敏剂希美钠的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探寻应用放疗增敏剂希美钠的最佳护理方法。方法:将我科2009年1月～2011年12月应用希美钠进行治疗的108例患者随机分成两组,其中一组为观察组,对观察组患者采用改进后护理法进行护理,另外一组为对照组,对对照组患者采用一般护理法进行护理。护理结束后,比较两组患者对希美钠的知晓率及放疗完成情况。结果:观察组患者对希美钠的知晓率为96.2%,对照组患者对希美钠知晓率为83.3%。两组患者均顺利完成了放疗且没有因输液不及时而出现严重的不良反应。结论:完善的护理措施有助于希美钠在临床中的应用。Objective Seek the best nursing of radiotherapy dose sodium hame.Method Application in January 2009～December 2011 Department hame sodium for treatment of 108 cases of patients randomized into two groups,one group for the Observer Group,observation unit with improved care of patients with the care,another to control groups,general nursing care method to control group patients.After the end of nursing,compared two groups of patients on awareness rate of sodium ximei and radiotherapy completion.Results Observer Group patients on awareness rate of sodium ximei 96.2%,ximei awareness rate of sodium 83.3% in patients with control group.Both groups are successful completion of radiotherapy and no transfusion in patients with less severe adverse reactions.Conclusion Perfect nursing in clinical application of sodium helps hame.
