摘　　要：此文描述了一种用计算机的电泳激光散射自动分析测量系统,评述了激光散射外差探测原理,介绍了这一系统组态结构,讨论了系统测量和应用的一些重要问题。 作为应用实例,我们应用此系统完成了蟾蜍足蹼血流、人精子游动速度分布、正常淋巴细胞和肿瘤淋巴细胞电泳迁移率的测量。<ABSTRACT> This paper described a computer-based automatic analysing system oflaser scattering on electrophoresis and hemorheology. The principles of la- ser light scattering and heterodyne detection are reviewed, and configura- tion of this system is introduced. Some inportant problems on measurement and application of this system are discussed. As example of applications we have measured blood velocity of frog webfoot, human spermatozon swimrning speed distribution, and electro- phoretic mobillity of normal human lymphocytes and lymphosarcoma cells.
