摘  要:在万能材料试验机上采用控温模具对柱状晶CuAlBe合金进行等温压缩变形试验,研究不同变形温度、变形量和变形速率下发生动态再结晶的行为和析出物含量;对变形后的合金重新加热,研究其发生静态再结晶的温度和析出物含量。结果表明:在550℃等温变形,变形量大于20%都发生动态再结晶,450℃以下变形都不发生动态再结晶,但此温度下易形成马氏体和裂纹;在此温度区间,随着变形温度的降低或变形速率的增加,发生动态再结晶所需的变形量逐渐增大。发生静态再结晶的临界温度为610℃,再结晶前的析出物随变形温度的升高而增加,析出物的含量随动态再结晶的进行而降低。The isothermal compression experiment of columnar crystal CuAlBe wires was carried out with a temperature controlled mould on the universal testing machine to study its dynamic recrystallizafion and precipitation of γ2 phase in the different temperature,deformation and strain rate. Static recrystallization temperature and precipitation of γ2 phase were investigated by reheating the alloy after deformation. The results indicate that the dynamic recrystallization occurs at 550℃ when the deformation forms reach more than 20%. Martensite and crack forms below 450℃, the dynamic recrystallization doesn't occur at this temperature. Dynamic recrystallization deformation gradually increases with the decrease of the temperature or the increase of the strain rate in the range of 450℃ -550 ℃. Static recrystallization occurs when temperature is 610℃. The content of γ2 phase gradually increases with the increase of the deformation temperature before recrystallization. The content of γ2 phase decreases along with dynamic recrystaUization.
