摘  要:采用固溶双细化处理对Cr12MoV钢进行预备热处理,而后分别进行真空热处理和普通热处理,对其硬度、冲击韧度、抗弯强度、耐磨性进行测定,并观察其显微组织和断口形貌。结果表明:由于组织中碳化物以粒状均匀地分布于基体中,Cr12MoV钢经真空热处理后,材料的冲击韧度、抗弯强度、耐磨性均高于普通热处理。其冲击韧度、抗弯强度分别达到8.347 J.cm-2和1732.6 MPa,相对于普通热处理,分别提高57.6%和16.9%。After solution and double-refine treatment as preheat treatment and vacuum heat treatment or ordinary heat treatment as final heat treatment, the hardness, impact toughness, bending strength, wear resistance, microstrueture and fracture morphology of Crl2MoV steel were studied. The results indicate that with granular carbide evenly distributed in matrix, the impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance of Crl2MoV steel after vacuum heat treatment are better than those after ordinary heat treatment. After vacuum heat treatment, the impact toughness and bending strength of the samples reach 8.347 J·cm-2 and 1732.6 MPa, respectively. In comparison to the samples with ordinary heat treatment, they increase by 57.6% and 16.9%, respectively.
