摘  要:利用溶剂保护熔炼法制备Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-1Zn镁合金,经固溶、热挤压及200℃时效处理制得试样,通过光镜和扫描电镜等对合金组织、力学性能进行研究。结果表明,与固溶态相比,经200℃×54 h时效处理后,析出的第二相更细小、分布更均匀;时效后合金的硬度提高25.87%,屈服强度提高2.3%,抗拉强度下降2.4%,伸长率略有下降,但仍保持良好的塑性。Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.4Zr-lZn alloy was prepared by solvent protection. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy after solid solution treatment, hot extrusion and aging at 200~C for 54 h were studied by OM and SEM. The results show that the sample aging at 200~C for 54 h, the second phases in alloy sample have better refinement and distribution more uniformity than those in solid solution state alloy, the hardness and yield strength is increased by 25.87% and 2.3% respectively, the tensile strength is decreased by 2.4%, the elongation is decreased from 10.1% to 10%, but still has good plasticity.
