综合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价并分析综合物理疗法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果.方法：将235例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组和综合物理治疗组,比较两组患者总有效率、疼痛好转或消失时间等.结果：综合物理治疗组总有效率为80.3%,显著高于对照组的49.2%（X2=25.693,p〈0.05）;综合物理治疗组患者疼痛好转或消失时间、体征好转或消失时间均显著低于对照组患者（t=7.916,p〈0.05;t=8.627,p〈0.05）.结论：综合物理治疗能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效.Objective：To analysis the effect of the comprehensive physical therapy on the patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods：Two hun- dred and thirty--five patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into controlled group and comprehensive physical therapy group. The compre- hensive physical therapy received traction,low--frequency treatment, and short wave therapy while the controlled group received traction. Total effective rate and improvement time of pain and physical sign were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the comprehensive physical therapy group was 80.3% ,which was significantly higher than the controlled group （X2=25. 693,p〈0.05）. The improvement time of pain and physical sign of the comprehensive physical therapy group were both lower than the controlled group （t= 7. 916,p〈0.05;t= 8. 627,p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive physical therapy was effective for the patients with lumbar disc herniation.
