摘　　要：目的：探讨维持性血透患者深静脉置管感染的预防.方法：将265例深静脉置管的病人分成2组,用常规护理和病人在上下机时戴口罩及易感人群用头孢类抗生素封管对照组比较.结果：常规护理组感染率5.5%,对照组感染率0.6%.结论：优质的护理能有效地延长置管的时间,减少导管感染的机率.Objective：Discussion on maintenance hemodialysis patient with deep venous catheter infection prevention. Methods： 265 cases of deep venous catheter patients into 2 groups,with routine nursing care and patient in upper and lower machine wearing masks and susceptible population with cephalosporins tube sealing in comparison to the control group. Results：Conventional care group, the infection rate was 5.5 %, controls the infection rate was 0.6%. Conclusion：The quality of nursing can effectively prolong the intuhation time,reduce the catheter infection probability.
