摘　　要：目的：为了响应卫生部2010年颁布＂优质护理服务示范工程＂夯实基础护理.方法：在我科做好优质护理服务的宣传,适当改善病区环境和部分设施,全面评估患者的护理要求,根据评估结果制定护理计划、采取切实可行护理措施,为康复患者创造一个舒适、整洁、全面的治疗和休息环境,为患者提供全程化、个性化、专业化、责任制护理,同时对特殊病人提供出院评估及出院计划,加强健康教育,加强专科护理队伍自身建设等,努力为患者提供优质护理服务.结果：大大提高了住院患者、家属和出院患者的满意度,缩短了患者住院天数、降低了患者住院费用.结论：做好优质护理服务能让患者满意、医院满意、社会满意,同时也提升了护士自身价值.Objective：in response to the Ministry of health in 2010 promulgated＂ quality care demonstration project＂ tamp foundation nursing. Methods： in our department do a good job of quality nursing service propaganda,improve the ward environment and facilities,a comprehensive assess- ment of patient care requirements,according to the assessment results to develop a care plan, take practical and feasible measures for nursing, rehabili- tation patients to create a comfortable, clean, comprehensive treatment and rest environment, for patients to provide full, personalized, specialization, the nursing responsibility system, at the same time for special patients provide discharge assessment and discharge planning, strengthen health educa- tion, strengthening nursing team oneself construction, efforts to provide patients with high quality nursing service. Result： significantly improved the hospitalized patients, families and patients satisfaction, shorten the patients length of stay, reduces patients hospitalization expenses. Conclusion： good quality care can make patient satisfaction, hospital satisfaction,social satisfaction,but also enhance the nurse＇s own value.
