组合式人工食管的实验研究

摘　　要：组合式人工食管由内中外三管组合而成。硅胶管(内)、不锈钢丝弹簧管(中)和聚丙烯线编织管(外)。用该管代替犬部分食管实验10次,并用大网膜包绕以防止和减少吻合口漏和食管狭窄。<ABSTRACT> A combined prosthesis of silicone rubber (inner ), stainless steel wire spring (middle) and polypropylene woven sheet (outer) tubes was used to replace portion of esophagus in 10 dogs after being enwrapped with great- omentum in order to prevent and decrease the morbidity of fistula and cic- artrical structure. The results show that the combined prosthesis is feasible for this purpose. Five dogs survived without stricture for 2 years and 2 died of fistula, one died of unresected S. Sanguinalenta tumor, and the re- mains died of other causes. The authors suggest that omentum-diaphragm hiatus should be repaired by Moore's procedure and modification of feed- ing procedure may relieve the non-stricture regurgitation. Besides, a friend- ly atitude toward animals is also important to the success of the opera- tion.
