健康促进工作对结核病防治规划实施效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的描述2001-2010年结核病健康促进工作现状,评价健康促进工作对规划实施效果的影响。方法 2001-2010年邯郸市在每年3.24宣传的基础上,结合本地实际实施发放宣传单、张贴宣传画,通过电视、广播播放结核病有关知识,粉刷墙体标语,颁发和张贴政府布告,制作宣传栏,编排地方戏,针对5方面人群大力度开展结核病健康促进和健康教育活动。结果开发领导增加了经费投入;利用健康教育提高了公众对结核病的认知度,因症就诊率达89%,传染性肺结核病人治愈率89.9%;通过治愈传染源,避免新发患者所减少的社会医疗费用达1 427.6万余元,挽回社会经济效益29.55亿元。结论通过健康促进,动员全社会参与是规划取得成功的有力手段,结核病患病率下降,达到迅速控制疫情的目的,为当地经济的持续发展做出巨大贡献。Objective To describe the current status of tuberculosis health promotion work during 2001 to 2010 and evaluate the implementation effect of development health promotion work.Method Basis on the publicity activities of World Tuberculosis Day on March 24th every year between 2001-2010,the handbills and publicity posters were distributed,the relevant knowledge to tuberculosis was carried out by broadcasting and television,the wall poster was painted,the government bulletin was put up,the billboards were made and the local opera was programmed,the health promotion and health education to tuberculosis program was develope on a big scale.Results The funds devotion increased under the leadership mobilization,the public cognition for tuberculosis increased after health education,the rate of treatment-seeking was 89% and the cure rate for infectious tuberculosis patient was 89.9%,so that the social medical costs reduced for 14.276 million yuan and the social economic benefit retrieved for 2.955 billion yuan.Conclusions Mobilization all the people to participation with health promotion was the key means to achieve success,cut down tuberculosis incidence rate,achieve the goal of control the disease,which built a brilliant contribution to local sustainability of economic development.
