摘　　要：结合作者在图书馆工作的体会,阐述了图书馆信息化服务模式与服务观念的转变,探讨了如何提高各项流通服务工作质量的问题,并提出了若干提高流通服务工作质量的具体措施。Based on author＇s working experiences in the library,this paper expounds the informatization service mode of the library and the transformation of the service concept,probes into the problem of how to improve the quality of each circulation service,and puts forward some concrete measures for improving the quality of circulation service.
