摘　　要：叙述了无致冷量子阱激光器管芯组件的性能 ;指出它具有输出功率大、单色性较好、典型波长在红光区的优点 ,因而可代替氦氖激光器进行全息实验。由于它价格低廉、体积小、重量轻、便于携带 ,因此特别适宜在大中小学、科技馆、旅游景点开展全息实验 。To point out the typical specifications of uncoodel MQW laser module,its advantages are big output power,better monochromaticity,typical red light wavelength.Therefore it may be used instead of He-Ne Laser in holography.Its low price,Small volume,light weight,easily carryover particularly are favourable to development of holography at university,school,museum of science and technology,touristry attraction.
