摘 要:本研究动态地观察了低能量氦氖激光照射对荷瘤小鼠IgG含量及脾重的影响。试验以BALB/c昆明鼠为研究对象 ,用 7.33J/cm2 、1 4 .67J/cm2 ,1 1 .0 0J/cm2 ,2 2 .0 0J/cm2 及 2 9.33J/cm2 氦氖激光剂量照射小鼠内眼角 ,连续照射 6天 ,照射后第 4天 ,第 8天 ,第 1 2天分别刹死 5只小鼠监测小鼠的IgG含量及脾重的动态变化。结果表明 :中等剂量的氦氖激光照射可以提高IgG含量及脾重 ;大剂量激光照射则降低IgG含量和脾重 ,呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。The effects of low-energy He-Ne laser irradition on serum IgG concentration and splenic weights of mice bearing S 180 sarcoma were systematically studied.Five groups of BALB/c mice were irradiated for six days with five different doses such as 7.33、11.00、14.67、22.00 and 29.33J/cm 2.Serum IgG concentration and splenic weights were monitored kinetically dy killing 5 mice in each group at the 4th,8th and 12th day after irradiation,and the results showd that serum IgG concentration of tumor contral group and 29.33J/cm 2 low energy laser irradition increased greatly at 4th、8th days(P< 0.05 ),and then decreased sharply to 12th day(P<0.05).When the mice were irradiated at the doses of 11.00、14.67J/cm 2 low energy laser irradition,the Serum IgG concentration increased steadily during observation period.Compared with tumor group,splenic weights of laser groups increased greatly,bat high dose laser irradiation decreased splenic weights.
