外伤性十二指肠损伤的诊治体会

摘　　要：十二指肠的解剖位置位于腹膜后,紧贴后腹壁,位置深而固定,一般不易受伤。十二指肠损伤后诊断困难,处理复杂,死亡率高、并发症容易发生,常合并胰、肝脏等脏器的损伤。根据对2005年至2011年收治的12例外伤性十二指肠损伤的病例的诊治分析,我们发现及早诊断及合理的手术方式对十二指肠损伤后的治愈率、减低并发症起着重要的作用。the duodenum in anatomical location of retroperitoneal,close to the posterior wall,position deep,fixed,commonly do not hurt.After damage diagnosis is difficult,deal with complex,and a high mortality rate,complications,easy to happen,often pancreatic,liver and other organs and the damage.According to 2005 to 2011 years were 12 cases of traumatic duodenal damage the diagnosis and treatment of the case analysis,the result is early diagnosis and reasonable operation method of duodenal after injury,to reduce the complications cure rate plays an important role
